  • Is the appraisal kit insured if it gets lost?

    Yes, your appraisal kit is insured. With Recycle Platinum your appraisal kit is automatically insured up to $5,000 against loss or damage.** If you feel you need more coverage, you may obtain additional insurance at your own expense.   • How do I know you received my appraisal kit?

    You can track via FedEx® by using our online tracking system or call Customer Service at (800) 538-8188. As soon as we receive your package, one of our experts will evaluate your items and e-mail you a payment offer.

  • How much will you pay for my platinum?

    The payment we issue for each Platinum-Pak we receive is different, depending upon the contents. We pay high industry recovery prices for scrap platinum, and we let you know how much we can pay for your items before we issue payment.

  • What if I am not satisfied with you payment offer?

    If for any reason you are not happy with our payment offer, we will mail your items back to you, and we will cover the shipping expenses. In addition to that we will insure your items for the amount of our offer.
